Ex-Khmer Rouge prison chief appeals sentence (AP)

PHNOM PENH, Kampuchea – The man who admitted to overseeing the killing of 16,000 grouping as the Kampuchean Rouge's honcho situation lawman has returned to a courtroom in Kampuchea to attractiveness his 19-year situation sentence.
