Civilian deaths in Afghan war hit record high: UN (AFP)

KABUL (AFP) – Civilian deaths in the Afghanistan struggle jumped to a achievement high of 2,777 in 2010, a 15 proportionality rise on the preceding year, the UN's mission in the land declared Wednesday.

Insurgents were linked to 75 proportionality of civilian deaths compared to 16 proportionality attributed to foreign and polity forces, according to the period report, released with the Afghanistan Independent Human Rights Commission.
