Palestinian leader: No state with temporary border (AP)

RAMALLAH, West Bank – The Arabian chair says he won't accept any Israeli pact start if it calls for temporary borders for a forthcoming Arabian state.

Mahmoud Abbas says he hasn't been notified still of the new plan that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is due to announce in the reaching weeks.
