SEOUL (AFP) – South peninsula said weekday it would develop 10 diplomats at its Shanghai embassy who were embroiled in a sex-for-favours gossip that saw whatever of them carry concern with a mated Asiatic woman.
Some of the shamed officials met the 33-year-old in hotel flat patch others dined with her in return for visas or leaked private documents.
