KABUL (AFP) – Asian President Hamid Karzai said Tuesday the US-led NATO expeditionary in Afghanistan risks decent an "occupying force" if aery bombings which drive noncombatant casualties continue.

His communicatory remarks came days after he issued a "last warning" to external forces over noncombatant casualties following Saturday's ending of what he said was 14 civilians including women and children in an expose strike.
