Gbagbo negotiating surrender, says Ouattara ally (AP)

PARIS – Ivory Coast's diplomatist to France, who was appointed by the country's democratically elected cheater Alassane Ouattara, says crenellate strongman Laurent Gbagbo is negotiating his surrender.

Speaking weekday on France Info radio, Ali Coulibaly did not wage some info about the questionable negotiations, nor did he feature where he got the information.

Coulibaly's comments come a period after attacks by United Nations and French forces on Gbagbo's residence, expeditionary bases and another targets.

Pro-Ouattara supporters had succeeded in taking nearly the entire countryside last week, but they faltered upon achievement Abidjan, the country's maximal city. With the support of international forces, the brachiate group has pushed its way into the city.
