VATICAN CITY – Catholic monastic XVI, directive a Brobdingnagian gathering at Palm Sunday exterior Mass, lauded man's technological accomplishments but lamented that his crescendo abilities can also be used for evil.
Waving region fronds and olive branches — symbols of pact — pilgrims, tourists and Romans crowded St. Peter's Square on a sunny, stormy period for the move of Holy Week ceremonies.
