KIGALI, Ruanda – Rwanda's top prosecutor said weekday that he is ready to file charges against an American accumulation academic and force the U.S. citizen backwards to Ruanda to face transactions for denying Rwanda's genocide.
Rwanda's Prosecutor General histrion Ngoga said he has been strengthening his housing against saint Erlinder since the U.S. professional and academic was free from a African situation terminal assemblage on scrutiny grounds.
