KUALA LUMPUR (AFP) – Former Malaysian prime rector Mahathir Mohamad has mitt infirmary after sick from a dresser infection, the national news agency Bernama reported.
The 85-year-old long-time leader had undergone communication including dresser physiotherapy at the National Heart Institute since May 18. Bernama said Mahathir was unemployed Saturday.
Mahathir stepped down as prime rector in 2003 after 22 years in power. But he remains an important figure, who ofttimes speaks up on underway issues.
Last October, Mahathir was admitted to a infirmary in town for a similar dresser infection.
He has undergone two coronary road surgeries, digit in 1989 and the stylish in 2007.
