News Corp to buy Murdoch daughter's TV company (AP)

LONDON – prince Murdoch's News Corp. has reached a care to take Shine Group, a broadcasting creation consort supported by the business magnate's girl Elisabeth, for 415 million pounds ($673.3 million).

The consort said weekday it subscribed a non-binding honor of aim and module travel with the needed restrictive filings to take Shine, the producer of popular British shows like "Masterchef" and "Merlin."

In a joint statement, prince author praised Shine's "outstanding creative team" and said he expects his girl to tie News Corp.'s commission once the care is complete.

Elisabeth Murdoch, a past managing administrator of Sky Networks who left her father's consort in 2000 to move Shine, said the alliance module support educate her consort for future growth.

News Corp. is one of the world's largest media empires, and owns the Times and Sun newspapers in Britain, the Fox News Channel and the Wall Street Journal.
